Make sure you have enough change.

Ensure money raised is counted and verified
by at least two people.
Try to bank the money on the same day or as
soon as possible.
Have a receipt book for expenditure.
Keep proper records for all income and
legitimate expenses - you cannot claim for your time but equipment
costs are acceptable.
Double check you have everything you need
before people start to arrive.
Double check you have enough people to help
with some extras on stand by.
If possible, announce the amount raised on
the day.
