Snitterfield Bushes
STOCKTON CUTTING SSSI 1 km N of Stockton. Entrance SP 437651. 5.5 ha (13.6 acres) Licence from Rugby Cement and Warwickshire County Council. Open access. 

Steep sided disused railway cutting through the lias limestone, with spoil-banks. Diverse flora includes kidney vetch, gentian and orchids, with a good range of butterfly species. Park on the A426 road verge. Contact: Michael & Barbara Childs, 01926 812965 or Colin Morris 024 7661 0534.
