We currently have the following jobs available. 

WILD PLAY PROJECT LEADER

The Wildplay project Leader is a new post to deliver a three year outdoor/natural play project funded by The Big lottery Fund in partnership with local Borough and district Councils.   We are looking for an enthusiastic person with project leader, coordination and delivery skills, play work experience and a passion for the environment to encourage children young people (5-16 years) to engage in outdoor play in local green spaces.  The role is full time (35 hours per week) will involve delivery and coordination of sessions in other areas of the county.  The salary will be £19 - 21,000 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience, plus contributions to a company pension scheme. The closing date is Friday 1 February 2008 with interviews being held on Friday 15 February 2008.

(2 PART TIME POSTS)

The Wild play Play Workers are 2 new posts to deliver a three year outdoor/natural play project funded by The Big lottery Fund in partnership with local Borough and district Councils.   We are looking for enthusiastic people with flair and imagination, play work experience and a passion for the environment to encourage children young people (5-16 years) to engage in outdoor play activities.  These exciting part-time posts (10 hours per week  52 weeks per year).  The role will involve delivery of play sessions in other areas of the county. The salary will be £16 - 18,000 p.a. pro rata depending on qualifications and experience, plus contributions to a company pension scheme.The closing date is Friday 1February 2008, with interviews being held on Tuesday 19th February 2008.  .

EDUCATION ASSISTANT

The Education Assistant post is part of our Education team.   We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated person with experience of delivering environmental education or outdoor wildlife focused activities.  The role is full time (35 hours per week) will involve delivery and coordination of sessions at other centres. This post can be offered as fulltime or seasonal (April – August), please specify on your application form.  The salary will be £16,500 p.a.  plus contributions to a company pension scheme. The closing date is Friday 8th February 2008 with interviews being held on Thursday 6th March 2008
