WHITACRE HEATH SSSI 0.5 km SE of Lee Marston. Entrance SP 209931. 44 ha (109 acres) Owned by the Trust. Access restricted to members only. Postcode: B46 2ET.

 

Old gravel workings adjacent to the River Tame which have developed into a mixture of grassland, woodland and wetland. The reserve is noted for its breeding birds. Park in the reserve car park off the Lee Marston to Whitacre Heath road.
