Elmdon Manor LNR

ELMDON MANOR LNR 0.5 km SW of Elmdon. Entrance SP163825. 5.06 ha (12.5 acres) Leased from Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. Open access.  Postcode B92 9EJ.

Old walled garden with meadow, woodland and ponds. Good for birds such as nuthatch, goldcrests and warblers and some unusual naturalised garden species. Park in lay-by opposite gate.

Elmdon Park Support Group

The group was constituted in June 2009 and aims to improve Elmdon Park and Elmdon Manor Nature Reserve by raising funds and organising events and activities for local people with support from Warwickshire Wildlife Trust and SMBC.  The group organises quarterly meetings and newsletters to keep the members up to date with what is happening in the park.
