The Wildlife Trusts are pleased to announce a new partnership with the conservation award-winning Vine House Farm.

It is recognised by The Wildlife Trusts that farmers hold a key to the well-being of our countryside and in turn, the health of our wildlife. In addition to farmers, gardeners manage a vast area of the UK too; gardens are estimated to cover about 270,000 hectares – more than the area of all the National Nature Reserves in the UK . Developing this partnership with Vine House Farm brings wildlife-friendly farming and gardening together.

By feeding and providing habitats for garden birds and other wildlife visitors, gardeners can help to create wildlife corridors, which are vital to ensure our wildlife has enough room to adapt to climate change. It also provides the opportunity for onlookers to discover and re-discover the wonder of nature.

TWTs’ partnership with Vine House Farm offers everyone the chance to buy many wild bird foods grown on this conservation award-winning farm. Vine House Farm is also committed to reducing its impact on the environment and as much produce as is possible is sourced from within the UK .

It is Vine House Farm’s active commitment to conservation and to sustainable and ethical supply chains that makes it a natural partner to The Wildlife Trusts.
