Walking is thought to be beneficial both to physical and mental health and wellbeing. There are many walks of varying natures in and around Coventry.
If you are not confident about visiting the countryside, or would like to explore the benefits of getting out as part of a group, find out about joining one of the Stepping Out Activity Groups.

Conservation and Wildlife Events and Activities
Warwickshire Wildlife Trust has opportunities to get involved all year round. For more information look out for our events leaflet in your local library or contact Warwickshire Wildlife Trust. Warwickshire Wildlife Trust also manages 56 nature reserves throughout Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull.
Healthy Walks
Walking for Health walk leaders lead walks and facilitate lap walking. Healthy Walks are led from Longford Park in Foleshill and Saturday mornings at the War Memorial Park. For further information contact John Wilkins on 024 7681246
