year natural crafts & activities
Warwickshire Wildlife
Trust’s Education Team is inviting children to attend a series of
festive wildlife workshops at Brandon Marsh Nature Centre,
Coventry
. So if you have ran out of ideas to entertain your children, bring them
along to play games in our woodland or decorate a 2008 calendar from
natural materials, and your recycled Christmas cards and paper.
The workshops are Diary
Designs on Thursday 3rd January and Woodland Wander on Friday 4th
January 2007 and consist of exciting nature walks, creative activities and
games. They take place from 10.30am to 12.00pm. Activities are designed
for children aged 4 to 11 years, cost £4 per child and booking is
essential.
Katie Dodd
, Education Officer for Warwickshire Wildlife Trust,
said: “The workshops are always
very popular, attracting over 390 children during the summer holidays
alone. This Christmas holiday should be no different with a whole range of
exciting winter crafts on offer”.
The “Wild Events and
Activities” guide gives a full and comprehensive listing of all public
events run by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust throughout Warwickshire,
