SUMMER WORK PARTIES.
On Saturday
21st July and Sunday 22nd July 2007
Warwickshire Wildlife Trust invites you to join us at one of our weekend
work parties on various nature reserves around the county.
- On
Saturday 21st July at 10.00 am:
Join
volunteer warden Steve Godfrey for this practical work party helping to
manage the River Arrow Local Nature
Reserve in Alcester. Please
meet in the car park of
Ragley Mill Lane
(SP 088 580)
- On
Sunday 22nd July at 10.00am:
Join warden Jon Holmes for a practical woodland management session at Crackley Wood Local Nature Reserve,
Kenilworth
. Please meet at the entrance to the wood off
Crackley Lane
at grid reference SP289738.
All
you need to bring to both events is appropriate
weatherproof clothing and strong footwear.

Reserves Biodiversity Officer at Warwickshire Wildlife Trust said, “Don’t let the weather put you off.
Whilst we need rain, the excessive rainfall in June has created a
lot of extra work in our nature reserves, so your contribution is
especially valuable – and working with others in one of our work parties
is a great way to beat the rain”.
