EGG-CITING EASTER activities AT BRUETON

This Easter holiday Warwickshire Wildlife Trust are offering a whole host of egg-citing activities for children aged 4-11 at the Parkridge Centre, Solihull .  Themes range from Easter related games and crafts to mini beast hunts and as always there will be plenty of pond dipping too! Workshops last 1½ hours and are jam-packed with creative and hands-on activities to keep all children occupied.

This holidays Easter workshops include Easter Excitement on 5th April, Egg-tastic Easter on 10th April, Friendly Frogs on 11th April, Monstrous Minibeasts on 12th April, Wacky Weather on 13th April, Pond Bingo on 16th April and Tree Treats on 17th April. All workshops are repeated daily, morning workshops run 10.30am-12.00pm and afternoon workshops from 1.00pm-2.30pm.

All activities will involve using the outdoor environment for learning and creative inspiration and are lead by an experienced and friendly member of our education team.  Children’s workshops cost £4 per child and booking is essential to avoid disappointment as places can sometimes be limited.

Robert Stewart , Education Officer for Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, said: “Easter is a brilliant time for wildlife workshops, there are loads of fun Easter crafts for children to create and outdoors the park is begging to burst with life. Pond dipping and bug hunting are particularly fun at this time of year with lots of interesting animals emerging.”
