Eddie Asbery , Woodland Project Officer at Warwickshire Wildlife Trust says, “Scrub clearance, coppicing and other maintenance tasks are vital to the well-being of our reserves, but it’s getting to the time of year when we have to scale down that type of work, owing to the nesting birds and wild flowers beginning to shoot. It’s going to be all hands to the pump to complete all our winter projects in time – which is where you come in. By joining in with one of our work parties you will be making a really valuable contribution to the continued health of our reserves. We’ll be glad to see you.”
