Warwickshire Wildlife Trust There is always something happening with Warwickshire Wildlife Trust. Here is a list of some of the activities we have planned.

Go REALLY WILD for the best party ever!  Choose a Really Wild Birthday Party at either of our two great locations – and we’ll make sure it is great fun and wildly successful.

Don’t get a headache worrying about new ideas, the noise, the mess and the cost … get in touch with the Education Team at Warwickshire Wildlife Trust and your problems are over.

Really Wild Birthday Parties are suitable for children between 4 and 10 years of age, and they’re available at weekends some evenings and on weekdays during school holidays (Brandon Marsh only).

You have seven great themes to choose from.  Each offers exciting hands-on, outdoor activities.  You can also choose a selection of extras and of course your party food.

Activities sessions last for 1 hour and there is a maximum of 20 children.  The price is £70.  Food, if you choose to include it, is charged additionally.

Times at Brandon Marsh: 10.30-11.30am, 12.30pm-1.30pm, 
3.00 pm -4.00 pm.

Times at the Parkridge Centre: 10.30-11.30am, 12.30-1.30, 2.30-3.30

Also please allow an extra half hour for children to eat food if food is chosen.

Really Wild Birthday Party Activity Themes

Underwater Beasties - Go pond dipping to discover creatures that lurk in the watery depths.  Escape from the Heron and make a Nigel Newt to take home.

Bugs and Creepy Crawlies - A bug hunt for those who dare!  Discover what creeps and what crawls, what flies and what slimes beneath our feet.  Make your own bug crown!

Winged Beauties (available July - September)
Discover insects that fly - look for butterflies and dragonflies and create your own colourful beauty.

Art in the Wild Create giant works of art in our woodland gallery, discover the colours of the rainbow and make a natural memento to take home.

Flights of Fancy - Discover the birds that live outside the centre.  Find out what the crazy coots are up to and who hangs out with a mallard.  Make your own kite and see it fly.

Woodland Wonders - Discover woodlands creatures from the beetles to toads, walk in the tree-tops, hug a tree and create a woodland mask.

Teddy Bears Picnic - Bring your Teddy and take part in an adventure packed with sensory activities and games, as you discover what you bear needs to survive.

Bushcraft Birthday - Adventure into the wilds and use natural materials around you to build a secret shelter.  Create your own bushcraft head dress or dream catcher.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Really Wild Birthday Parties are led by a member of our Education Team.
You are responsible for the care and supervision of children at all times.
You must provide no less than 1 adult supervisor to 8 children.
Children must be suitably clothed for outdoor activities.
Food is available as an extra option, including our special Badger Birthday Cake.  Please ring either Brandon or the Parkridge Centre for further information. The maximum number of children attending a party is 20.

At Brandon Marsh just outside Coventry we have 200 acres of quiet natural beauty with lakes, marshes and woodland.
