The Parkridge Centre is located in the middle of Brueton Park, Solihull, a short walk from the car park at either end.  The Centre was opened by Professor David Bellamy in October 2002.  The Centre contains displays, hands-on activities and information about the local environment, as well as a Tea Room and Shop.  The Centre is open every day (except Christmas Day) and has lots of events and activities for everyone throughout the year.

From the Welcome Desk, the 'Eco-Zone' gives you information about Brueton Park and the local environment - past, present and future.  Just beyond is our Coffee Shop with the finest cappuccinos on a nature reserve anywhere in the country!   Then it's off to explore the 5-acre Nature Area on an easy-going trail which guides you around the wildlife habitats and attractions.. At the end of your visit what could be nicer than a cup of tea or snack in our Coffee Shop?  The Parkridge Centre is open seven days a week, so please come along to try out our new menu,  friendly service and special offers!

In July 2004 we opened our new Geology Trail and on 2 September we opened our new Play Area for young children.  Please come along and see them for yourselves!

For up-to-date information about visiting Brueton call our Visitor Centre Hotline on 0121 704 0768.
